Psychology across the lifespan

Child Psychology

I see young people experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, trauma and obsessive-compulsive disorder. In this work, I draw on several years' experience working with complex and severe mental health challenges at the renowned Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Adult Psychology

For adults experiencing mental health difficulties, I offer evidence-based treatment programs that are tailored to suit individual needs. I have specialist experience working with post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety in its different forms.

Couples Therapy

I am passionate about helping couples navigate relationship difficulties, including challenges with communication and other issues that may impact their emotional connection. I provide a collaborative and non-judgmental space for couples to explore and strengthen their relationships.

Boys & Men

As a society, we are experiencing the impact of a mental health crisis affecting boys and men. Technological advances, shifting cultural attitudes and societal expectations have left a generation of young men feeling lost and confused. I work with boys and men to address these challenges, rediscover their purpose and reconnect with those around them.

Parenting

Raising children is one of the most rewarding activities in life. It is also one of the most challenging. Parents have an incredibly important role to play in raising children that are resilient, kind, confident and respectful. I work with families to develop practical strategies and facilitate children's development to help them reach their potential.

Schema Therapy

As adults, we are all influenced by the childhood experiences that we carry within. I work regularly with adults looking to deepen their understanding of themselves, address the legacies of childhood adversity and ultimately improve the quality of their adult relationships.
